When it comes to restoring your smile and dental functionality, dentures stand out as a popular and effective solution. In Sacramento, there's a wide range of options available, each catering to specific needs and preferences. Whether you're missing a few teeth or require a complete restoration, understanding the different types of dentures is essential to making the right choice for your oral health. In our previous blog, we highlighted the benefits of dentures in Sacramento
There are various types of dentures, and the right choice depends on your specific oral health needs.
Full dentures, also referred to as complete dentures, are comprehensive oral prosthetics designed to replace an entire arch of missing teeth. Crafted meticulously to resemble natural teeth, full dentures are custom-made to fit comfortably over your gums. These Artificial teeths offer a lifelike appearance and restore not only your ability to chew and speak but also enhance your facial aesthetics.
Partial dentures are an ideal solution for individuals missing several teeth in one or both jaws. These customized appliances fill the gaps left by missing teeth, restoring functionality and aesthetics. Partial dentures in Sacramento are designed to blend seamlessly with your natural teeth, providing stability and comfort while chewing and speaking.
Temporary dentures, also known as immediate dentures, offer a temporary solution while awaiting the fabrication of permanent dentures. These dental Implants are crafted to fit your mouth immediately after tooth extraction, allowing you to maintain normalcy during the healing process. These temporary dental Implants serve as a valuable transitional aid, enabling you to adapt to wearing dentures comfortably.
Flexible dentures represent a modern alternative to traditional rigid dentures. Made from flexible materials like nylon, these partial dentures offer enhanced comfort and durability. In Sacramento, flexible dental Implants provide a snug fit and natural feel, making them an excellent choice for individuals new to wearing replacement teeth.
Implant-retained dentures offer unparalleled stability and functionality by being anchored to dental implants, surgically placed in the jawbone. These dental implants in Sacramento provide a secure foundation, preventing bone loss and ensuring long-term oral health. Implant-retained dentures restore confidence and comfort, allowing for natural chewing and speaking abilities.
Fixed bridges are a permanent solution for replacing missing teeth by affixing artificial teeth to adjacent natural teeth. These bridges restore aesthetics and functionality, providing a durable and stable option for tooth replacement.
Cantilever bridges are recommended when there's a missing molar with no adjacent teeth for support. These bridges utilize adjacent teeth on one side to provide stability and effectively restore dental function.
Choosing the right dental office in Sacramento is crucial for restoring your smile and improving your quality of life. A range of options are available to suit various needs and preferences. Whether you opt for full dentures, partial dentures, or implant-retained dentures, consulting with a qualified dentist is essential for determining the best solution for you.

Patient Testimonials
Beautiful office, friendly staff, terrific dental care.

Had a great visit today and got to know the people that work there. They made me feel comfortable as the change of ownership is taking place.

I am so impressed with the entire experience. From the friendly reminders, to entering the office, and especially the dentist! My previous dentist Stephen C Ott, DDS, was incredible. I had the benefits of his gift since 1971. I was worried about finding a new dentist. However, I was blessed to have Dr. Ott recommend his dentist: Dr. Lillian Stojic. I recommend her to all!!!

I've been seeing dr stojic since I moved to town 18 years ago, my whole family has transitioned over there and I love the whole team! Keep up the great work!

Dr. Lilliana and her staff make getting teeth cleaned and a cavity filled as good an experience as possible. They get the job done with minimal pain and discomfort.

I just had a visit to Dr. Stojic's office. My ten year old daughter had an infected tooth that had to be extracted. She was so nervous and scared at the possibility of an extraction. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by her office manager and then by her equally kind assistant who brought us back to her room...

Dr. Lilliana and her staff are not only effective and efficient, but they also remove my anxiety. When I had to have a root canal, I was nervous about the pain. I was given the choice of Nitrous oxide gas and that calmed me.

Dr. Stojic saw two of my children. The youngest was so comforted by her easygoing and confident demeanor that he was the quietest and most still 4 year old I've seen in a dentist chair! Our older son was very afraid of the dentist and has been to a couple other dentists who were unable to treat him because of his scared behavior. Dr. Stojic was very patient and helped him understand what she was doing at every step, which calmed him down so she was able to fill his cavities and even extract a tooth. We were thoroughly impressed with Dr. Stojic and her office and staff.
